I work with parents who struggle with discipline, sleep, feeding, or potty challenges and would like to fix the problem areas while working on better connection and communication with their child.
What separates my service from other parent coaches is that I follow the principles of attachment parenting, gentleness and respect for the child and I only work with like-minded families. I give parents a tailored step-by-step plan and they see dramatic results where the needs of both parent and child are met.
We usually spend so much time around this special little person and are so emotionally wrapped up in every aspect of their being that we can lose perspective and get caught in a rut. My job as your parent coach is to provide a new and refreshing perspective on challenging situations, a new plan to try, support and encouragement.
Is it time to work a little “Metamorphosis” on your parent-child relationship? On top of my solid experience, research and exhaustive book knowledge, I also have an bit of an intuitive sense that has proven to be my greatest asset as a coach for parents looking to find and trust their own intuition and it comes in handy with the pre-verbal little ones!
Where: I can coach anyone in the U.S. or Canada by phone. Most of my clients speak to me via telephone. I am available to come to your home if needed after our first phone session if you are in the Seattle area. The travel fee will be $20.
When: I have daytime, evening and Saturday sessions available. Sometimes just one coaching session with me is enough. You will decide whether you need me again.
How Much: The email consultation (a couple email exchanges) is free and each 45 minute session thereafter is $70.
For ongoing issues and extra help, I offer a discount of $20 off per session when more than three sessions are paid for in advance.
Pay is very simple. I can be paid easily by credit card, check-card, or bank account via PayPal online to my email address. I can also receive checks in the mail, though I must receive it two days before our session.

About Coach Moorea Malatt: (mo-ray-uh muh-lot)
I have worked with children for over fifteen years and I have been a certified life coach through Coach Training Alliance for 7 years. I studied child psychology as part of my BA degree in Psychology from WWU. I am a certified Early Childhood Educator through the state of California. I have been a nanny to children of all ages with a focus on infants and toddlers. I taught preschool for 3 years and was a camp counselor, spiritual educator, and 1st grade ESL assistant. I am also trained as a postpartum doula.
As a songwriter and musician, I teach baby music and sign classes called Lullabees and I recorded and produced a CD called Whip It Out: Songs for Breastfeeding. My other interests are birding, snorkeling, and yoga, meditation and dance and writing more children’s music. I teach parenting workshops on gentle discipline for young tots or preschoolers, mothering as meditation and early potty learning.
